Garlic-Herb Roast Pork Tenderloin with Parsnip Puree & Kale
Combine parsnips, milk, butter and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook until the parsnips are tender, about 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
