Cod broils quickly in this healthy dinner recipe that’s done in only 15 minutes.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Sprinkle the remaining 14 teaspoon each salt and pepper on both sides of cod.

Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture over each piece.
Top with tomato slices.
Broil until the fish flakes easily, about 8 minutes.
