Drizzle the chicken evenly with oil and toss to coat.

Add brown sugar and toss to coat.

Combine paprika, lime zest, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Meanwhile, preheat air fryer to 375F for about 5 minutes.

Lightly coat the air-fryer basket with cooking spray.

Arrange the chicken, skin-side down, in a single layer in the basket; cook for 10 minutes.
