Make restaurant-worthy curly fries at home with the help of a spiralizer and an air fryer.
The potatoes get crispy on the outside, while the insides stay creamy.
A quick scallion-cream cheese-yogurt dip complements the fries and will remind you of your favorite bagel.

Cut potatoes into spirals using a spiralizer fitted with the largest shredding blade.
Snip the spirals into 2- to 3-inch pieces.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
Add oil and salt; toss to coat.
Arrange half of the potatoes in an even layer in the air-fryer basket.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Toss the fries in the basket and sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons everything seasoning.
Cook until just golden brown and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes more.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes and the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt, cream cheese and scallions in a small bowl.
Serve the fries with the dip.
