Toss oats, almonds, pepitas and oil together in a large bowl.
Whisk honey, cinnamon and salt together in a small bowl.
Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture; toss to coat.
Spread the granola in an even layer in the prepared basket.
Bake at 300F, stirring once, until golden, about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
Stir in banana chips and cherries.
