Air-Fryer Salmon with Horseradish Rub

Be sure to drain and squeeze it to remove as much moisture as possible.

Combine horseradish, parsley, capers and oil in a small bowl.

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.

Spread the horseradish mixture over the top of the salmon.

Coat with cooking spray.

Place the salmon in the prepared basket.

Cook at 375 degrees F until internal temperature registers 130 degrees F, about 15 minutes.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
