Chips and dip are a winning combinationhere, we pair crispy tortilla chips with a fresh mango salsa.
Chopped jalapeno pepper adds a mild kick to the salsa, while lime juice brightens it up.
This recipe is easily doubled to serve a crowd.

Brush both sides of tortillas with oil and lightly sprinkle with the chili powder mixture.
Cut each tortilla into quarters.
Cook at 350F, shaking the basket occasionally, until golden and crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve the chips warm with the mango salsa.
