These bright and savory air-fryer tuna patties won’t disappoint for a quick lunch or dinner.

They hold their shape nicely while cooking, with a tender middle and a crispy crust on the outside.

Peppery arugula and a lemony mayonnaise sauce round out the meal.

Air-Fryer Tuna Patties

Stir gently to combine.

Place the patties on a parchment-paper-lined plate and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat an air fryer to 360F for 15 minutes.

Lightly coat the fry basket with cooking spray and coat each patty with cooking spray.

Place 2 tuna patties, 1 cup arugula and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise sauce on each of 4 plates.
