Meanwhile, stir oil, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
Rub the oil mixture on both sides and under the skin.
Arrange garlic slices evenly under the skin.

Place the turkey breast, skin-side down, in the prepared basket; cook for 20 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and loosely cover with foil; let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices and serve warm.
