Angel hair pasta is paired with shrimp and a savory sauce with garlic, white wine and lemon.
This simple dish is light, quick and easy to whip up on a busy weeknight.
Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add wine; cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds.
Add the drained pasta, the reserved 1/2 cup cooking water and butter.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley, lemon juice and salt.
Divide among 4 bowls; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
Garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
