Fold all the cranberries (or raisins), apples and 1 cup oats into the batter.
Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups.
To prepare topping: Mix oats, flour, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.
Top each muffin with some of the crumb topping.
Let cool in the tins on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before serving.
