Dr. Bulsiewicz recommended using prebiotic fiber supplements, such as Benefiber.

Top fiber-rich foods include berries, dark leafy greens, artichokes and black beans.

Eating fiber-rich foods increases your satiety, and therefore, reduces your food intake.
