Add 2 tablespoons hemp seeds and pulse until mixed, 1 to 2 pulses.
Place the balls in a single layer on a parchment paperlined baking sheet.
Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

To make ahead
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
Alternatively, you’re free to freeze them for up to 3 months.
If your mixture is falling apart, it likely means there isnt enough moisture.

Let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
Squeezing the mixture between your hands also helps to bind and form a ball that wont disintegrate.
We achieved excellent results using old-fashioned oats.
