Tame these fiery fries by serving them with classic ketchup.
Place potato sticks in a large bowl.

Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to thoroughly coat.
Carefully spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the hot baking sheet.
Bake, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes.
