Meanwhile, combine cabbage, broccoli and dried cranberries in a large bowl.
Combine tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl; stir into a paste.
Gradually whisk in water until the dressing is creamy.
Add the toasted almonds to the cabbage mixture.
Drizzle with the dressing; stir to combine.
