If you think sweet potatoes are just for Thanksgiving, give these spicy wedges a try.

Try basil, parsley or fresh thyme leaves.
Ingredients
12teaspoonpaprika
14teaspoonground cumin
14teaspoonground pepper
18teaspoonkosher salt
18teaspoonground coriander
18teaspoongarlic powder
1(9-oz.
Toss potato wedges with oil in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle with the spice mixture.
Place potatoes in air-fryer basket.
Cook at 400F until very crispy, about 20 minutes, turning potato wedges over halfway through cooking.
Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges.
