Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove 1 tablespoon of the chicken drippings to a medium skillet.

Meanwhile, heat the chicken drippings in the medium skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook, stirring, until starting to brown, about 45 seconds.

Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.

Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce.
