The natural flavor of fresh summer blueberries comes through with just a pinch of salt and a little sugar.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and the liquid is glazy, about 7 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice.
Let cool completely, about 30 minutes, before serving.
