This anti-inflammatory salad is so good, one fan made it three times in nine days.
Youll roast the veggies with olive oil and a little salt at 450F, tossing them halfway through.
After 25 minutes, they should be richly brown and ready to be dressed.

For the dressing, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, Calabrian chili paste and salt.
Add the veggies to the dressing bowl and toss them until fully coated.
Then add chopped almonds, diced Parmesan and sliced dates to the bowl.
As long as its comforting and delicious, its sure to make a pretty wonderful winter dinner.
