This peppermint espresso martini is the perfect cocktail to whip up when you want something festive for the holidays.
If the mixture seems thick, let it sit in the blender for about 5 minutes before serving.
Pour into an ice cube tray.

Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
Combine the coffee ice cubes, creme de menthe and vodka in a blender; process until smooth.
Divide between 2 chilled martini glasses; serve immediately.
