Refrigerated garlic and ginger pastes help keep prep to a minimum.

Add mushrooms in an even layer; cook, undisturbed, until starting to brown, about 3 minutes.

Continue to cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are tender, about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.

Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves; sprinkled with the remaining peanuts.
