To prepare sauce: Heat 1 1/2 tsp.
oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes, wine, capers, and 1/4 tsp.
each salt and pepper; cook until the liquid has evaporated slightly, about 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in basil.
Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve the chicken with the sauce.
