EatingWell: What’s your go-to cocktail to make with the Baileys Original Irish Cream?
Waddingham: I’m quite a purist, so I’ll have it neat on the rocks.

Instead of dessert, I would have the hot chocolate or the Baileys over ice.

Waddingham: Id say roast is my go-to.

Waddingham: I’d be lying if I didn’t say it’s crisps.
You call them potato chips.
EatingWell: Any favorite potato chipor crisp?
Waddingham: Salt & vinegar.
EatingWell: What does eating well mean to you?
I just feel like you’ve got to do the protein and the veg first.
Whatever else you have after that, you’ve got to a good place already.
