As a dietitian, I believe all foods can be part of a healthy and balanced eating pattern.

However, many people (myself included) consume more sodium than we realize.

And using whole-wheat pasta instead of regular adds around5 grams of satisfying fiber per serving.

I just cant get enough of their rich chocolate flavor and chewy texture.

So whenever I come across any riff on a brownie recipe, Im all for trying it.

Bits of chopped mint chocolate are stirred into the batter, making them irresistible.

And the best part is that they last up to four daysif we dont eat them all by then!
