Our recipe makes two loaves so you might use one now and freeze the other one for later.
Shape into two 3-by-5-inch loaves.
Transfer the loaves to a large saucepan.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook until firm, about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, uncover and let stand for 15 minutes.
Transfer to a colander to cool.
