Eat a well-balanced diet
In general, your body needs nutrients to keep things running smoothly.
Probiotics and prebiotics may help too.

Sometimes, you need medication to help your body.
That may mean drinking water, hot tea, smoothies or soup.
Your body may also need time to fight off the infection.
Bottom Line
Help yourself stay healthy by washing your hands, sleeping and eating a nutrient-rich diet.
Good luck out there!
