How to Grow Sprouts in a Jar

Soak the Seeds
Add 1 teaspoon of sprout seeds to a pint- or quart-size Mason jar.
Cover with cool water by about 2 inches and let the seeds soak for at least 8 hours.
Rinse and Repeat
Drain the seeds, then rinse and drain again.
Set in a cool, dark place.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
