I went to the bathroom, a LOT, and learned some things.
I like water, but I can definitely be lazy about it.
And I always bring a water bottle with me to workout classes.

I was drinking more water, so of course I went to the bathroom more often.
Since I work from home, my frequent bathroom breaks weren’t a big deal.
The weekend was a different story.
On Saturday, I started my day with a large iced latte and was out and about.
The combination of caffeine and drinking a lot of liquid at once had me constantly looking for a bathroom.
I definitely noticed I needed to pee even more.
So I tried to avoid them.
This sometimes involved drinking my last 2 cups close to bedtime.
I had, too, so I was curious to see what might happen.
And that’s OK. And if you don’t drink enough water, you may experience low energy levels, moodiness and headaches.
