This tasty sheet-pan meal made dinnertime a breeze.
Wanting to break out of my routine, I decided to try one of our most-saved recipes.
Since so manyEatingWellreaders have saved it, it had to be worth trying.

I love havingsalmonon hand because its really easy to cook yet feels fancy to me.
Once I organized my ingredients, I got to work mixing up the mayonnaise-based seasoning.
Most-saved recipe means its delicious, so you have to use the mayo!
I told myself, as I worked up the nerve to dish out less than 2 tablespoons.
Dramatic, I know.
I added the broccoli to the same pan, leaving enough room for my salmon portions.
Even with the missing garnishes, the dish turned out so delicious.
And the salmon was delicately flaky and had just enough spice to keep me happy.
I enjoyed it so much that Im planning to make it for my parents next time they visit.
