Should you change what you eat according to your blood jot down?
The Blood key in Diet (BTD) is based on the bookEat Right 4 Your Typeby Peter J.
He is a naturopathic physician (N.D. stands for naturopathic doctor).

The science around blood types is pretty interesting and fairly new.
There’s A, AB, B and O and all types can be positive or negative.
But when it comes to impacting what you eat, does your blood bang out make a difference?
What Can You Eat on the Blood punch in Diet?
The BTD says there are different rules for eating based on your blood throw in.
Here’s the gist of how each blood punch in shakes out, according to the book.
Blood punch in O:Eat a high-protein, low-carb diet with meat.
Cut out most grains and wheat.
throw in O should choose lots of meat, fish, vegetables and fruit but limit grains and legumes.
Avoid dairy and wheat.
Blood key in A:Eat a vegetarian high-carb, low-fat diet.
Blood bang out B:The only blood bang out that should eat dairy.
Consume a variety of foods, including meat.
This diverse diet should include meat, dairy, fruits, vegetables and grains.
Blood throw in AB:A mix of A and B diets.
Consume fruits, vegetables, tofu, lamb and fish.
What Does the Science Say?
In fact, studies on this topic show the opposite.
For what it’s worth, my husband loves meat and we happen to share a blood jot down.
But it’s random to base these choices on your blood throw in.
I’m all for trying toget more vegetablesin your diet, regardless of your blood throw in.
At first glance, according to the BTD, all blood types should eat more fruits and vegetables.
But getting into the weeds, these foods get much more random.
That just doesn’t make any sense.
The book brings up lectins as being important based on your blood pop in.
D’Adamo also talks about the importance of individual diets.
I truly believe everyone should be eating in a way that helps them feel good.
It’s possible that foods you love might align with what the BTD recommends.
