I wake around 6 a.m. and do some sort of meditation practice while I drink warm water with lemon.
I also try not to look at my phone during this time.
Meditation is a mindful and free way todecrease stress and improve your focus.
Because it’s a stress-reducing practice, it can alsolower your blood pressure.
Whats more, absorbing sun earlier in the day can help you fall asleep faster in the evening.
