And now, she has a side dish that’s just as cozy and delicious for the season.

“I’m making melting potatoes,” Biegel said in arecent Instagram videowith Food web link.

“I think they should be renamed ‘fancy potatoes that are actually so easy.'”

Here’s how to make Biegel’s highly rated melting potatoesplus more recipes that embrace autumn’s fresh flavors.

Once hot, she moves each potato slice to the pan and lets them sizzle for a few minutes.

“It’s really important to get that great crust on your potato,” Biegel explained.

She flips the potatoes to show the browned side.

For more seasoning, she also throws in two cloves of garlic, more butter and fresh rosemary.

Then, it’s time for the oven.

Biegel puts the whole pan into a 400F oven for 30 minutes.

And once they’re out of the oven, they look exactly as described.

To finish it off, she tops the potatoes with flaky sea salt before plating.

Cutting into them with her fork, the soft center of the crispy potatoes is revealed.

“I love a recipe that looks really fancy that actually took very minimal effort,” Biegel said.

“If you want to impress everyone, make these potatoes.”

You don’t have to tell us twice!

This recipe reminds us of our ownMelting Potatoes, which uses very similar ingredients and techniques.

Try them out for the holidays, and thank us and Biegel later!
