Once the dry ingredients are combined, she mixes in 12 cup cold, cubed unsalted butter.
Then, she tosses 3 cups sliced peaches with 2 teaspoons cornstarch and just 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
You may need to use more or less sugar depending on your fruits ripeness, per Biegel.
