Mozzarella pearls are the perfect size for mixing into the finished dish.
If you cant find them, chopped fresh mozzarella will work well too.

Reserve 12 cup cooking water, then drain the pasta.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add tomatoes, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and the reserved pasta water.
Add the pasta, basil and balsamic glaze; stir to combine.
Garnish with basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
