These healthy pumpkin brownies are packed with mini chocolate chips.
The batter will be thick, so be sure to spread it an even layer for even baking.
Line an 8-inch-square metal baking pan with parchment paper, allowing it to overhang the edges.

Coat with cooking spray.
Whisk sugar, pumpkin, egg, butter, oil and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined.
Add the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread in an even layer.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 1 hour before cutting into squares.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
