This simple noodle soup can help you feel hydrated and nourished.

Crushed red pepper adds spice, so feel free to reduce the amount if you prefer something milder.

Add garlic, ginger and crushed red pepper; cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in broth, stirring, until the miso is dissolved.

Increase heat to high and bring to a boil.
