This easy Thanksgiving favorite comes together in a snap.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and celery; cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, then add broth.
Place cubed bread in a large bowl.
Add the onion mixture and stir well to coat.
Transfer to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking until edges are crispy, 15 to 20 minutes more.
