How to Make a Spinach Smoothie

If you use mature spinach, remove any tough stems and roughly chop the leaves to measure 112 cups.
Add Ingredients for Blending
To ensure everything gets blended smoothly, add the ingredients in the order theyre listed.
You may need to stop once or twice to scrape down the sides of the blender.
Blend on medium-low speed, using the tamper as necessary, until well combined.
Increase speed to medium-high and blend until very smooth.
Just be sure to remove any tough stems and roughly chop the leaves to measure 112 cups.
Any milk will work, including dairy milk.
Choose unsweetened versions to limit added sugars.

Add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to lessen it even more.
