How to Make Strawberry Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark

If you dont have parchment, a silicone baking sheet will also work.

Sprinkle the strawberries and chips over the top.
It should take about 3 hours for the bark to firm up in the freezer.
Once its fully frozen, cut the bark with a sharp knife or break it into pieces.

Wrap pieces in parchment and keep in the freezer for an easy grab-and-go snack or dessert.
Stir yogurt, maple syrup (or honey) and vanilla in a medium bowl.
Spread on the prepared baking sheet into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle.
Scatter the strawberries on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Freeze until very firm, at least 3 hours.
To serve, cut or break into 32 pieces.
