Every food containsmacronutrients(carbs, fat, protein) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
And, of course, pomegranates.
Admittedly, theyre grown in warmer climates than snowy Iowa.
Still, fresh pomegranates beautifully bridge the gap until I can shop ultra-local again.
